On October 21, our service was unavailable between 3:30 PM and 7:55 PM. This situation was the result of unprecedented events in the cybersecurity world, which required an immediate and decisive reaction from us. We want to explain with full transparency exactly what happened and what steps we took to protect our users' data.

Critical PHP software vulnerability

On October 21, two critical vulnerabilities were identified in the PHP software (designated as CVE-2026-109618 and CVE-2026-109619). This flaw was extremely serious, as it could allow attackers to perform remote code execution (RCE) on servers using this technology. The problem was global in nature and affected IT systems worldwide.

Our response: Proactive system shutdown

The security of your stored data is our absolute priority. In accordance with the guidelines and recommendations of cybersecurity organizations (including CERT Polska), we made the difficult but necessary decision to immediately and proactively disconnect the service from the network at 3:30 PM.

Temporarily shutting down the system was the only 100% effective way to protect the infrastructure against a potential attack while the global developer community worked on creating an official security patch. Many SaaS providers and technology companies around the world took exactly the same step yesterday.

Patch implementation and service restoration

As soon as the PHP software publishers released the updated, secure version, our technical team immediately began its installation. This process, along with rigorous stability and security testing of the entire infrastructure post-update, took us a few hours. At 7:55 PM, we were absolutely certain that the system was fully secured, and we restored its proper operation.

We want to assure you that during the entire incident, there was no leak or breach of the integrity of your data. These actions were strictly preventive.

We thank you for the trust, patience, and understanding you showed during yesterday's downtime. A swift reaction in the face of global threats is the foundation upon which we build the reliability of our services. If you have any additional questions regarding this incident, our support team remains at your disposal.
