Downloading individual responses

If you want to download a particular individual response, go to the Results --> Responses tab and locate the response.

When you click the Export button, the selected form will be downloaded as a PDF file.

Downloading all responses

Do you want to download the responses so that there are one respondent's answers in each file?

In the Responses tab, click Download raw data...

Select the PDF file format and click Download. You will download all completed and unfinished responses. Each response will be in a separate PDF file.
