If you're using the Free plan, you can have 1 active survey on your account at one time, or 2 active surveys if you're using the Mini plan. What does this mean?
An active survey is one that is collecting responses, meaning its link is active, and respondents can fill it out.
You can have any number of surveys on your account, but a maximum of 1 or 2 surveys (depending on your plan) can have the status "Active" simultaneously.
Activating another survey will not be possible until you end one of the ongoing projects.
How to end an active survey

Go to the Projects tab, located in the upper left corner of the screen.
You will see a list of your folders and the surveys within them. The list of surveys shows the status of each survey: Active / Inactive.
If you want to Deactivate a survey, find it on the list and click on the icon with three dots.
Remember that pausing a survey will prevent respondents from filling it out.
How to increase the limit of active surveys
