Startquestion offers the possibility of additional security of the account and the data stored on it by limiting the possibility of logging in ONLY from specific IP addresses.

How does this work?

Startquestion checks the IP address you log in from. This can be your office address or your company's VPN. If anyone tries to log in from a different IP address, then Startquestion will prevent access to the account.

Thanks to this, you can be sure that even if your account's password is leaked or guessed, no one outside your company will log into your account.

How do I activate it?

First, you need to determine the IP address of your office or corporate VPN.

The easiest way to do this is to visit the ipinfo.iopage, which will display as in the picture

The IP address has been highlighted in red.

Send us this IP address and the e-mail address you use to log in to Startquestion to the address contact@startquestion.com.

You will get feedback from us that the security has been introduced.

Important information

This feature is available only in the TEAM plan and the ENTERPRISE plan.
