The division and segmentation of the reports according to a specific key will allow you to take full advantage of the possibilities of the reports containing the results of your studies. For example, you can create a separate report for each institution containing the results for the last 30 days.

To do this, go to the Results --> Filters tab and create a new filter based on the response and time.

The filter created in this way will allow us to filter the collective results based on the desired selection criteria. After clicking the 'Create and filter results' button, the data will be filtered and the system will take you to the summary results view.

Then, next to the 'Filter results' header, the 'Add all to report' option will appear. Thanks to this, we do not have to add the results of each question one by one.

The next step will be to select the 'Add to new report' option and give it a name.

The reports created in this way will allow us to distribute the results directly to the given institutions or various departments, decision-makers, etc. What kind of a reporting process you plan to create is entirely up to you.
