If you want to create a survey in the colors of your company, you can easily do it using tools available on the Internet. Examples of tools available from the browser level are Colorpick and Colorzilla.

After downloading and installing the plug-ins, click on the eyedropper icon - it will allow you to select a color from the page:

When you hover over the selected element, just click on it with the mouse - the color code will be copied automatically to the clipboard. The copied code should be pasted in the selected place in the theme.

We can personalise the theme in the Design -> New (+) - after selecting the item which color we want to change, we paste the color code into the appropriate field:
