We care about the security of your data, so we're introduced changes to how you log in to Startquestion.

It will no longer be possible to log each other out or to use one account on two different browsers/devices at the same time.

From now on, if you try to log in using a new device or browser, we'll ask you to confirm your login.

Click the link sent to the email address associated with your account – the link will remain active for 10 minutes.

Important: When you click on the link, you may be taken to another browser on your device. If you want to add to your trusted browsers on which the login confirmation message appears, copy the link and open it in that browser.

Why is this change beneficial for you?

  • Enhanced Protection of Personal Data

Individual access to your account provides even greater security for your data and projects in Startquestion. You can be sure that only you have access to them.

  • Full Control Over Activity and Results

Your unique login enables you to monitor all activities and results without worrying about unauthorized changes—your projects remain fully under your control.

  • Protection Against Login Attempts from Unknown Devices

The new login system will quickly detect and block access attempts from unknown devices, adding an extra layer of security to your account.

  • Compliance with the Latest Security Standards

These login changes comply with the latest data protection standards, helping us safeguard your security even more effectively.

What if you have trouble logging in?

If you lose access to the email account associated with Startquestion or encounter issues logging in, please contact our Support Team at contact@startquestion.com, and we'll help you regain access.

Anything else you should know?

This login update also means that each user will need individual access to their account. If your current plan doesn't include subaccounts, don't hesitate to contact our Sales Department at sales@startquestion.com. We'll help tailor your package to meet your needs.
