With the latest release, we have removed the sheets from the Responses tab (Results > Responses) that were empty, meaning the respondent did not select any answers in the survey. In most cases, these were surveys that were abandoned immediately after clicking the survey link and did not provide any valuable information to our clients.
From now on, you will only see surveys that have been fully or partially completed.
Why do I still see an empty survey in the Responses tab despite the changes?
There are a few exceptional situations where a completion will be saved even if no answers are marked in the survey:
Your survey contains optional questions, and the respondent abandoned the survey on the second or subsequent page without answering any questions.
If your survey has the "Respondents may save progress and come back later" setting enabled, a respondent fills out the survey and then re-enters it to remove their answers.
If you, using the single sheet editing feature, uncheck the respondent's answers.
In the above situations, single sheets that are empty—without any answers marked—will appear in the Responses tab.
You can delete such a completion using the "Remove sheet" button, which you will find in the bottom right corner of a single sheet in the Responses tab.
