Go to the Results tab, click the Report Settings icon and find the Logo in report option on the list.

On the list you will see the Startquestion logo, which is displayed in the report by default, and your logo, which was downloaded from the Design tab.

Select your logo and click the green button in the upper right corner: Save report as...

Voila! Your saved report will show your company logo. You can share a link to the report or download the report to a file.

Your custom logo in the report is downloaded from the active survey style (Create > Design).

If you have uploaded your own logo to your survey, it will also be visible on the list in Report Settings.

To add a logo to the survey, go to the Create > Design tab.

Then add a new style or edit an existing one (hover over the style and click the pencil icon).

Once you click, you see options to customize the survey style.

Click the Settings icon next to the Logo option, and then hover over the Startquestion logo, the option to change the logo will appear.

Select a file from your computer, then adjust its size and position.

Once you have added your logo, click Save and activate button at the bottom of the screen.

The logo added to the survey style will also be visible in the list in Report Settings.
