If the Administrator issues various types of orders (e.g. instructions to apply clauses, guidelines, rules, etc.), we comply with them within the scope of obligations arising from the GDPR and the Personal Data Protection Agreement.

For the safety of both Parties and to maintain the principle of accountability, we want the data processing orders issued to us to be in a documented form (at least electronic, e.g. e-mail).
