The irreversible deletion of personal data from our platform can be achieved according to one of the following scenarios:

1. Respondent data or survey results will be deleted from the user interface without deleting the survey. Such data is marked as deleted during the day and permanently deleted during the following night. Therefore, the data is irretrievably deleted no later than 24 hours after deleting it from the user panel.

2. The survey containing personal data will be deleted from the user interface. Data collected in a deleted survey is marked as deleted during the day and permanently deleted during the next night. Therefore, the data is irretrievably deleted no later than 24 hours after deleting it from the user panel.

3. The user account containing surveys that have collected personal data is deleted at the user's request. The account is marked as deleted during the day and permanently deleted during the following night. Therefore, the data is irretrievably deleted no later than 24 hours after deleting it from the user panel.

4. After the account expiration date (when the account subscription expires), we block access to the account and store the data for 365 days. During this time, the user can pay the account, regain access to the data and prevent further data deletion. If the user does not pay the account within one year after the subscription expires, the data is irretrievably deleted from the database.

Regardless of the above points, all data is stored for a period of 14 days as a backup. Access to data secured in this way is difficult, and its recovery requires a lot of time.
