Data Transfer outside the EEA

Data processed as part of the Webankieta service is, as a rule, processed in Poland. However, due to the use of Cloudflare's global infrastructure—utilized to ensure the security, availability, and performance of the service—in certain situations, data may be processed outside the EEA, particularly in the United States. Any potential data transfer to the US is carried out on the basis of the European Commission's adequacy decision under the EU–US Data Privacy Framework.
