All employees and closest collaborators undergo periodic training on personal data protection. At the end of each training, the trainee is obliged to complete a knowledge test. Participation in the training and the test result are properly documented by us (recorded in the training system and in the form of a report).

Training is conducted at least once a year.

Each newly employed person is trained in the processing of personal data, in particular each person is acquainted with the law and internal regulations (including the provisions of the GDPR, policies, procedures, and IT system security principles implemented in our company). As proof of completed training, the newly employed person signs the "Declaration of familiarization with the personal data protection system".
