The purpose and scope of Personal Data processing is determined by the Personal Data Administrator (ADO), i.e. our client. The PDC is responsible for ensuring that the personal data processing agreement (DPA) includes the appropriate scope of data, the purpose of processing and the categories of data subjects.

Please remember that the scope should not be too narrow or too wide. The contract should include the data that PDC intends to entrust to Webankieta during the cooperation. For example, if you are planning a study in which you want to obtain the PESEL number, date of birth or age from your respondents, make sure that it is included in the scope of entrusted data indicated in the DPA agreement
