In the Results 2.0 tab, there is an option to monitor responses changes over time, i.e. trend. Thanks to this function, you can show what changes are taking place in given periods of time and also use them to forecast future results.

Trends can be added for NPS, Rating, Single Choice, and Single Choice Matrix questions.

How to create trends?

To add trends in Results 2.0, click the Add comparison icon. It is available before and after each question.

Click the Trend.

Options will appear in the window on the right from which you can select Data Range.
From the first list, select the question you want to analyze.

In the next field, select the time frame by which you want to group the results. You can select whole period, last weeks, months or quarters and selected time range. After making your selection, click Apply.

A chart will appear showing the selected time range with a trend line.
There are small arrows in each table column that you can use to sort the data.

Changing the design of the chart

In the Design you can also change the color of the chart and decide whether to display the chart with a table or just the chart or table. Additionally, it is possible to delete the values on the chart. Depending on the question used, there are different types of charts.

In the case of a rating, single-choice and single-choice matrix question, the table with answers also includes a column containing the average of all answers for a given period.

If your question is very long, you can change its label. You can also change the label describing the first column in the table below the chart. Click on the three dots in the upper right corner of the response box and select Change labels.

A text box will appear where you can enter the changed text. The content will be saved automatically.

How to save trends?

Created trends can be saved as a report. To do this, click the Save report as... in the upper right corner.
