Do you want to change the scoring of answers when responses have already been collected in your test? Did you forget about a question or do you want to remove some?

Don't worry! You can edit the project at any time, but remember that it may affect your results. From this article, you will learn:

What changes in the project can affect the test results?

  • Changing points in questions,

  • Adding or removing a test area (Tab Create > Feedback),

  • Adding or removing a question (if points were assigned to it),

  • Adding or removing an answer (if points were assigned to it),

  • Deleting a non-empty page.

How does project editing affect test results (scoring)?

  • Raw Data - in the downloaded file, completions collected before the project editing will be recalculated according to the original scoring, whereas responses collected after the change will be recalculated according to the new scoring.

  • Responses Tab - individual sheets will be recalculated according to the new, changed scoring.

  • Other exports - Summary results in XLS, PDF, PPT, DOC will be recalculated according to the new scoring.

What to do to not disrupt the correctness of collected results?

  • If your project has collected test data, you can delete (in Results Tab) collected completions and make necessary changes to the project. Each new completion will be recalculated according to the new, changed scoring.

  • If you want to keep the collected completions, download the data in your chosen format (XLS, PDF, PPT, DOC), and then delete the collected completions and make necessary changes to the project. Each new completion will be recalculated according to the new, changed scoring.
