The limit of completing the surveys depends on the type of account you have purchased access to. The limit of responses is counted from the moment of purchasing the account until the end of the first billing period, which lasts 30 days. If your account is bought for a longer period, this limit will be renewed after each billing period.

If the basic limit has been finished, you will receive an e-mail with information, that you've ran out of responses.

In the panel, you will see a banner indicating that your responses limit has been used.

If you want to increase your limit, click Contact us. After filling in the short form, our sales department will contact you.

NOTE:

The unused additional package is transferred to the following billing periods.
