Sometimes we need information not only from completed surveys, but also the partial data from the incompleted ones.
If we want to check where, for example, the respondents most often abandon the survey, we can do it by downloading the results for all the fillings. Go to the Results Tab --> Results. Then click on Finished only and select All completions.
We can also do this by downloading the raw data with all the fillings.
Go to the Results tab --> Responses --> Download raw data
The all completions tab will contain surveys which are completed and those which have been discontinued.
Important:
The abandoned surveys are made available to the user the day after the survey is abandoned.
Unfinished fillings are saved if the survey has more than one page and the respondent has pressed the next button on at least one of them.
