This is the function of sending invitations to complete the survey, which allows you to gradually send the e-mails to your client base. The sending is spread over 100 days - we send invitations to 1% of the respondents from your database every day.

The gradual sending will be especially useful in satisfaction surveys, where you learn something new every day and get a small amount of data for analysis every day.

In the second (last) step of the configuration of the sending for the study, before accepting the sending, you can decide on the method and date of sending the invitations to complete your survey. The gradual sending function will start when you select the last one: Send to 1% of the recipients every day.

Step 1 - Create a list of respondents

Here you will find a detailed description of how to create a list of respondents.

Step 2 - Configure the dispatch of the invitations

1. In the Share tab, select the Send via e-mail option. Your list of respondents will be displayed, click the button below Configure mailing.

2. Select the type of sending you would like to make.

3. In the second (last) step of the sending setup, in the Dispatch date section choose the: Send every day to 1% of recipients option and indicate the time when the invitations should be sent.

4. After the correct configuration, the following notification will be displayed:

Scheduled invitations can be monitored in the Share -> Send via e-mail tab below the list of your respondents. There you can also manage your sendings.

If you would like to cancel a scheduled sending, please delete all of the scheduled sendings. The relevant option can be found under the list of the scheduled sendings.

What is worth remembering:

  • On the list of respondents, you can check who has already received the invitation. The sending will be conducted in the order in which the respondents appear on the list.

  • If you plan to send to fewer than 100 people, it will be evenly distributed over 100 days. One invitation will be sent every few days so that all of the respondents receive an invitation after 100 days.

  • If you have added new respondents after creating the sending, you can configure a new sending by selecting the option in the first step "I want to send invitations to those respondents who I have not invited yet". This way you will invite the new respondents who you have added to the database. You can also delete all the scheduled sendings and reconfigure the entire sending.
