If your survey has been deleted by accident, you will not be able to restore it yourself from the website.

However, if on the same day, during our working hours (Monday - Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.), you will contact us via the chat or e-mail to the address contact@startquestion.com, providing the e-mail address of the account and the title of the deleted survey, we are able to restore the project to the indicated account.

Restoring the project the next day after its deletion will no longer be possible.
