If you want to export survey results so that there are respondents in each row and their responses in columns, examine response times, etc., then you need raw data.

You can download raw data from the tab Results -> Responses -> Download raw data

You can select the range of data you want to download. It is possible to download data for selected answers or for a specific period when the survey was completed.

After clicking More filters, you can choose whether you want to download only fully or partially completed responsens. In this tab, it is also possible to filter results by created tags, respondent attributes or the External Key parameter.

There are two file formats to choose from: XLSX and CSV.

Once generated, the report will be located in the Downloads.
