Displaying completions after reaching 15,000 responses

To ensure high performance and stability of the platform, we have changed the way responses are displayed in the Results → Responses tab when the number of responses in a project approaches 15,000.

What is changing?

Once this threshold is exceeded, the system no longer displays the full, scrollable list of all entries. Instead:

  • the list of fillings is reduced to one item,

  • only the last, most recent filling is displayed after using the filters,

  • the most recent filling that meets the filter criteria is displayed – i.e., if conditions have been entered into the filter, only one result will be displayed after filtering (even though more fillings meet these conditions).

This allows the platform to run faster and data loading to be much more efficient, especially for very large projects.

How to find a specific filling after a change?

  1. Download raw data from your survey in XLSX or CSV format (Results tab -> Responses -> Download raw data button:

  2. Find the ID you are interested in in the file and copy it:

  3. Return to the Results → Responses tab in your survey.

  4. In the browser address bar, construct the URL as follows:

    https://app.webankieta.pl/user#results/single-sheet?id=RESPONSE_ID

    After the = sign, paste the copied fill ID.

  5. Press Enter – the system will open the selected entry, even though the list is not scrollable.

  6. Done – you have just received a view of the entry you are interested in! :)

Why did we make this change?

The change was introduced for performance optimization reasons. Generating and loading several or tens of thousands of entries simultaneously placed a significant load on the system. The current solution allows for smooth operation of the platform, even with very large research projects.
