As part of the gradual phase-out of the Results 1.0 version, your recurring reports must be adapted to the new standard. This means you need to use exports and filters marked with the 2.0 symbol, which are compatible with the new Results 2.0 module.

What do you need to do?

Update your reports to version 2.0 – ensure they use the new exports and filters.

For reports in PDF, DOCX, PPT, or XLSX formats (i.e., summary reports) – create and save a new version in the Results 2.0 section, then replace it in the Cyclic reports tab.

For raw data exports – pay attention to the new structure, such as changes in column order, as this may affect your external processes.

Which reports do I need to update?

You need to update all reports that use export format 1.0.

How can I check that?

  1. Go to the Scheduled Reports tab. You’ll see a list of your reports.

  2. Under each report name, you’ll find its details, including the attachment format.

  3. Check whether the report uses export format 1.0 or 2.0. If you see export 1.0, the report needs to be updated.

How to update a report?

If you’re sending raw data in XLSX 1.0 or CSV 1.0 format:

  1. Select the report from your list.

  2. The report builder will open. At the top, you’ll see the list of available export formats. One of them — Raw results XLSX 1.0 or Raw results CSV 1.0 — will be selected and marked in yellow.

  3. Change the export format to Raw results XLSX 2.0 or Raw results CSV 2.0.

  4. After changing the export format, you can choose the data scope you want to include — for example, only completed responses or only detractor responses.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen — and you’re done!

If you’re sending a summary report in XLSX 1.0, CSV 1.0, PDF 1.0, DOCX 1.0, or PPTX 1.0 format:

  1. Select the report from your list.

  2. The report builder will open. At the top, you’ll see the list of available export formats. The selected 1.0 format will be marked in yellow.

  3. Change the export format to your preferred 2.0 format (XLSX 2.0, PDF 2.0, DOCX 2.0, or PPTX 2.0).
⚠️ Important: The CSV Summary format has been deprecated. If you’re using CSV Summary 1.0, switch to XLSX Summary 2.0 instead.

  4. After changing the export format, you can choose the report version to send — either the default report or one of your custom reports.

  5. Click Save at the bottom of the screen — and you're all set!
