As part of the Startquestion platform's development, we have introduced Results 2.0, an improved analysis and reporting module. Customers have been using this module for some time, and we are continually working on transferring all features from Results 1.0. By the end of 2024, all features from Results 1.0 will be fully available in Results 2.0.
In this article, we summarize the essential information to help you understand the upcoming changes and address common questions regarding the phase-out of Results 1.0.
Why did we introduce Results 2.0?
Results 2.0 was designed to help our users analyze data more effectively and make better business decisions. We aimed to create a simple, intuitive tool accessible to users, even without data analysis experience.
In developing Results 2.0, we reviewed customer feedback and incorporated user and support team suggestions. Our aim was to address issues and streamline the process of working with results. As a result, the new module includes dynamic filters, advanced reporting features, and enhanced performance for faster, more efficient data analysis.
What will happen after the phasing out of Results 1.0, and what changes do we anticipate by the end of the year?
By the end of 2024, all features from Results 1.0 will be migrated to Results 2.0, and the older module will no longer be available. You will not lose access to any data or functionality.
Scheduled Reports:
After the new year, scheduled reports will only be created using Exports 2.0.
Existing scheduled reports using Exports 1.0 will not be deleted.
You can already update your scheduled reports by switching to Exports 2.0.
Alerts:
By the end of the year, the current filters 1.0 in alerts will be replaced with new Filters 2.0.
Alerts already created will continue to function and send notifications even after the phase-out of Results 1.0.
Filters:
After the new year, you will no longer be able to create filters 1.0 (Filters tab). However, scheduled reports and alerts using filters 1.0 will continue to work and send notifications.
Tagging and sentiment analysis:
These functions will remain unchanged. You will retain access to tags created in your account, and tagged responses will not be affected.
The Tagging tab will feature Filters 2.0 – new dynamic filters allowing more precise data analysis.
Changes to cross tables:
You will be able to create cross tables with tags and monitor trends for tags.
Two new question types – List and Drag and Drop – will be added to cross tables (previously only available in Results 1.0).
